Meet the graduates

Following our recent €2 million funding round, CitySwift is speeding up product development and doubling down on customer success. We're also recruiting new team members to support our growing client base.

In all, CitySwift is hiring 25 new positions across commercial and technical roles, including business development, customer success, product, data science and engineering. We only hire the top 1% of candidates. Our most recently recruited graduates have been with us for over a month now and it’s time to hear from them.

Cian McHugh: Business/Finance Graduate

"I've always had a general interest in business and transportation. So once I discovered CitySwift, I knew it was where I wanted to be!"

"As a Business/Finance Graduate, no two days are the same and my day-to day-activities vary on a daily basis. One day I could be working on government contracts, while the next I could be working on board reporting. CitySwift provides great exposure that one will not generally receive when working in a large multinational corporation. I was unsure about how onboarding would work during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the onboarding process at CitySwift was professionally constructed and provides new recruits with great insights into all aspects of the business. The process introduced me to everyone at CitySwift, which was really helpful when new to the company and working remotely. The team are all extremely welcoming and supportive. "From the moment I hung up the phone from my first interview with Alan, James and Marianne, I knew that I really wanted to be a part of the team at CitySwift! After researching the company through the website and LinkedIn, I really got the sense that it was a fast-growing, hugely dynamic business. "I had just finished my MSc in Data Analytics when I came across the position at CitySwift. I was immediately drawn to the company and the role as there was a clear emphasis on the opportunity to learn and develop my skills in an exciting and collaborative environment.
